Virtual Construction Assistants Provides Staffing Services for Construction Companies
RECRUITMENT PHASE
- Initial interview with Client and Talent Manager
- Present & interview two potential candidates
- Select candidate and proceed with onboarding
TRANSITION PHASE
- Assist with all general company onboarding needs
- Facilitate a day one transition meeting
- Establish Client’s expectations and communications protocol
SERVICES PHASE
- Assist with transition of Virtual Assistant into Clients organization
- Periodic check-ins with both Client & Virtual Assistant
- Assist in any performance reviews
THE RECRUITMENT PHASE
An initial meeting is held where our VCATalent Manager is given an opportunity to learn more about your Construction Company.
Our Talent Manager will listen to your company’s needs and will providecreative suggestions on how to remedy certain challenges your company is facing.
Depending on your needs, we will present to you two or three candidates who we feel would best fit this position.
An interview will be conducted where you will be able to meet these candidates and ask all the questions with the help of our Talent Manager.
After the interviews, each candidate will be evaluated by both you the Client and our VCA Talent Manager.
At the conclusion of the meeting one of three options are presented:
- One of the candidates is selected for the open position.
- The Client sees the potential but does not like any candidates provided. The VCA Talent Manager will go back to pursue two other qualified candidates that better meet the Client’s expectations.
- The Client does not see the potential and no longer wishes to pursue services with Virtual Construction Assistant.
THE TRANSITION PHASE
Only when the Client has chosen a candidate to become a Virtual Construction Assistant is a commitment and Agreement required
VCA Talent Manager will help with the entire transition process to onboard the new Virtual Construction Assistant into their new position
Our Talent Managerwill:
- Assist in establish clear communication between the new Virtual Construction Assistant and the Client.
- Facilitate a Day One Transition Meeting between the new Virtual Construction Assistant and Client
- Make sure that on day one the Client’s new Virtual Construction Assistant has a fully functioning computer, email, software, and proper workstation required for their job duties.
The Day One Transition Meeting will establish the new Virtual Construction Assistant’s work hours, check inprocedure, job duties, direct supervisor, training schedule and other expectations of the Client.
THE SERVICES PHASE
After the Day One Transition Meeting, the Services Phase of our commitment will into effect
The VCA Team will:
- Stay with the Client at their disposal and to continue to assist in whatever capacity may be reasonably required.
- Do a monthly check in with both the Client and new Virtual Construction Assistant
- Assist in doing annual performance reviews with the Virtual Construction Assistant
- Assist in any disciplinary actions and facilitate video conferences to resolve any issues should they occur
- Facilitate all payments to the Virtual Construction Assistants on a biweekly basis
Virtual Construction Assistants remains dedicated in providing continued services for as long as may be required by each of our Clients
